I am feeling so gooooood.....you know the feeling like at this moment I can walk thru fire and come out on the other side unharmed!!! It is a confidence.....a feeling like I CAN DO THIS!!!
Well this is what I had for breakfast:
Mushroom and Spinach Omelet with Fat Free Cheese
2 sl of light whole wheat toast
1/2 cup of pears
bottle of water
Total points...........7
I was full and stayed that way until about 12:30ish.
And this is what I had for lunch:
Sundried Tomatoe and Basil Tortilla w/ fat free cream cheese
chives, mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber
shaved ham and turkey
16oz of Diet Soda
Total points..............9
So far so GOOOOOOD!!!
Not really sure what I will have for dinner. I have a total of 41 points.....and I have only used 16!! And the best part is I have NOT been hungry AT ALL!!! YEA!!!!
Okay so for a afternoon snack I had:
Light Strawberry Yogurt
1/2 of a large carrot with a bottle of waterTotal Points.........3
I am thinking some baked fish with lemon and maybe some brown rice.......hmmmm!!!
Okay so when I got home I was heart broken.......I had no fish!!!! Man.....I had my heart set!!
I still did really well and it was sooooooo good!!
Dinner:
2 Vegan Boca Patties w/ grilled onion and mushrooms
fresh steamed carrots and broccoli
1/2 cup brown rice
water
Total Points...............7
Snack:
1/2 c peaches
3 Tbls of FF cool whip
water
Total Points...........3
I am still way under my 41 points for the day~~
The thing about points is you are suppose to eat them all......well that just is not going to happen tonight! How do you think I did?? Would you have done things different? I feel really good aout my first day OP. (on program) It it the first step do living my life different!
