Day 2.......

Heyyyy.......How you are today??? HeHeHe......I are gooooood!!!
Well this was a good good day for me!! I had to sit and smell and watch the girls eat unhealthy stuff that I use to eat.....and I was FINE!! I did the same thing at lunch! They had fast food that smelled soooo good!! But I stood strong and enjoyed every bite of mine!!

I will say I was hungry today.....between 11 and noon! Ohhhhh my GOSH!!!! I had a snack at 10:30ish and it just was not doing the trick. I am thinking that I will have to tweak my am meals so that I can find a few different ones that are filling.

I got on the scale this morning and it showed 4# down.....so I guess I am getting rid of some excess water. I want to start walking, but I still have a lot of pain in my back. I look forward to a little less pain with some of the weight loss.

This is what I had for my meals today......

Am:
Whole Wheat Cereal
Sm banana
ff milk
juice
Total points........7

Snack:
pears
water w/fiber mix ins
Total Points.........1

Noon:
Boca Patties
Carrots and Broccoli
brown rice
Total Points........9

Snack:
Fiber One Bar
sm apple
water w/fiber one mix in
Total Points.................4

PM:
Stir fry: leeks, cabbage, onions, peppers, spinach
tortilla wrap
ff cheese
light sour cream
mixed greens and tomatoes
green beans
Total Points..........12

Snack:
Light yogurt
peaches
Total Points.................3

I am under by about 5 points!
Well I am going to wrap things up and hit the sack! I hope that as the days go by.....I can blog with more interesting info. Hope I don't bore you to death!!

  1. Do you have prepared food or are you making all this yourself? I would have never thought of all this food myself. Leeks??? How do you mae those?

  2. Yes I prepare this all on my own...I love to just grab stuff and come up with my own food! Leeks are to me like great big green onions....so I just slice them up and clean them real good. I then stir fry them with the other stuff. I like them alot.
